Join us July 21 for the GMNP’s annual meeting

Mark your calendars! The Greater Minnesota Partnership’s annual meeting is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 21 at the Holiday Inn Austin Conference Center in Austin, Minn. All members are encouraged to attend! The meeting will include update on the 2016 legislative session, and members will also discuss the GMNP’s priorities, policy positions  and strategies for 2016-2017. We anticipate that the meeting will be over by no later than 5 p.m.

Like last year, the GMNP’s annual meeting is being held during Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities (CGMC) Summer Conference. All GMNP members are welcome to attend the full conference as well. It will feature speakers and presentations on a number of issues that deal with economic development in Greater Minnesota, including transportation, environmental regulations, economic & racial disparities, and more. There will also be opportunities to participate in tours of unique facilities, sites and businesses in Austin, and plenty of time to network with city officials and other conference attendees. You can view the full agenda for more information about tour options, informative sessions, speakers and other highlights of the conference. If you wish to attend the full conference, please fill out this registration form and send it to the email, fax or address listed on it.

For those who are unable to stay for the full conference, GMNP members are also invited to attend the Legislative Awards Dinner on Thursday night, following the GMNP annual meeting. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by a dinner at 6:30 p.m. where the CGMC will honor legislators and city leaders who had a strong impact on Greater Minnesota during the previous year. The cost to attend the cocktail reception and dinner is $30 per person – spouses, colleagues and other guests are welcome.

If you wish to attend the meeting and dinner, or just the meeting (there is no cost to attend the meeting only), please  RSVP by July 11 to Julie Liew at
