MN Housing announces 2024 project selections

The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (Minnesota Housing) announced the agency's 2024 project selections yesterday, totaling nearly $191 million in investments. According to the agency, the projects will support the creation or preservation of 2,276 housing units across the housing spectrum, including multifamily housing, single-family homes, manufactured homes, and both rental and homeownership opportunities.
