Who should join the Greater Minnesota Partnership?

Businesses, nonprofits, Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Authorities, colleges and universities, and local units of government invested in promoting economic growth in Greater Minnesota are encouraged to join.

Why become a member?

The Greater Minnesota Partnership is the only organization solely dedicated to promoting prosperity in Greater Minnesota. The GMNP knows that Greater Minnesota has unique economic needs and works to ensure that every one of our businesses and communities has what they need to thrive. In the last decade, the GMNP has played a vital role in the passage of key legislation related to broadband access, job training, business and housing infrastructure, child care, and tax relief. By becoming a member, you can help make Greater Minnesota's voice at the Capitol even stronger.

What are the benefits of membership?

Members of the Greater Minnesota Partnership receive regular behind-the-scenes updates from the Capitol, including newsletters, press releases, and action alerts. GMNP members are also invited to events hosted by the GMNP and our sister organization, the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities, and have opportunities throughout the year to network with other business and organizations. Most importantly, members lead the development of GMNP legislative priorities and strategy each year to ensure that our work reflects the needs of Greater Minnesota.

Wondering if your organization should join? Reach out to GMNP Executive Director Scott McMahon with any questions about becoming a member of the GMNP.
